I've gotta finally ask, after seeing fisting sometimes referred to in stories: is it really physically possible to put one's entire hand, thumb as well as all four fingers, inside a woman's vagina and move it about? Since no one has cared to ask. I thought I would include a few footnotes (or fistnotes) that should be used when exercising this idea:

SLOW. Too fast could really end the practice too fast. Too long is generally the idea assumed by fisting partners. No more than 2-3 hours (every other day) should be used when the recipient has never had a child; and up to 5 hrs. Should be allowed if the recipient has.

LUBE. Too much lube is just about enough. If your hand doesn't slip in and out freely, there is too little lube. Just like a piston in a cylinder, too little lube will cause the engine to lock-up and ruin their walls. If one type of lube doesn't seem to last long enough; or if the area appears chafed and reddened, use something more coating. Petrolium products generally don't work to well, and saliva only works on those who have hundreds of flight hours under their belts (just about anything will work then).
