Who doesn’t like a good hand job? I know I do, so I was happy when Mrs. Toy suggested we try out the Please Stroke Cream for this month’s review. She also suggested the Please Pleasure Cream for her both products available at the Good Vibrations web site. I had no idea what the Pleasure Cream was for, but heck, I was getting a hand job out of this review so onward!
The Please creams have one thing in common; both are made from natural ingredients. Both creams for example, have both Vitamin E and Aloe Vera in them, which is very nice for your skin (Guys, tell your wife or girlfriend that you want to help her moisturize her hands… hint hint). The Stroke Cream comes in 1 or 3 oz. sizes, and the Pleasure Cream comes in .5 or 1 oz. sizes. Both are truly creams, not liquid so less worry about spills when you knock them over. In fact, when you first look at the Stroke Cream it does not appear to be a lube at all.
The biggest difference in the two creams is their purpose. The Stroke Cream is designed to be a long lasting lubricant for masturbation or hand jobs, while the Pleasure Cream is for clitoral stimulation. The Stroke Cream when applied to the skin turns into a slippery lube with a consistency somewhere between petroleum based lube and water based ones. The Pleasure Cream should be applied in small doses as it can get hot quickly, or so Mrs. Toy says. Neither cream is condom (latex) safe or recommended as an internal lubricant. These creams are for external application only.
Mr. Toy:
When I first tried the Please Stroke Cream, I did not use enough and it seemed to be too sticky for me, however, with enough cream it was plenty slick. In the past, I have used water based lubes for extended masturbation sessions, or when Mrs. Toy has given me a hand job. These water based lubes always needed a “refresher” dose every now and then, as they would dry out (tip: with water based lubes, a bit of water can rejuvenate the lube for a while). It became clear that with this Stroke Cream, if you put enough on initially it lasts a long time indeed. I cannot tell you precisely how long it lasts, as it out lasted me every time. I can say that with one application, things managed to stay greasy for more than 30 minutes without any kind of refresher dose!
Another time, Mrs. Toy gave me a wonderful hand job, bringing me to the edge and back multiple times over a 40-minute period and things never seemed to get too dry, or too much friction. This cream is not as super slick as a good water based lube is when first applied, however it is longer lasting, and plenty slick for me. Honestly, I find some water based lubes too slick for good masturbation or hand jobs, preferring the added sensation from increased friction, happily this is exactly what I experienced with the Please Stroke Cream! I had the 1oz jar, and after half a dozen uses I would estimate that it will last me somewhere around 18-20 uses or maybe a bit more. When this is gone, I will definitely be buying the 3oz size.
I cannot vouch for what the Pleasure Cream felt like, however I can comment on Mrs. Toy’s outward reaction to using it. At first, she applied a bit too much… which was obvious when she quickly reached for a hand towel to wipe it away with comments like “Oh my god, that’s hot… wow it’s really hot… I think I used too much!” However after dialing in her dose, what I saw was a woman who was very turned on, very hot and bothered, and one that was all over me! She has tried different clit creams in the past, and from my viewpoint, this one seems to be the most effective so far.
Mrs. Toy:
I don’t know about you, but when you are in the middle of a hand job and start sticking to your partner and have to stop to put on more lube it kind of gets in the way of the moment. Have you ever just want to hang around the tip for a little while but when you head down the shaft again your hand gets stuck somewhere in the middle? When I tried this Please Stroke Cream on Mr. Toy I did not have the problems I have had with other lube. I was able to play where I wanted, when I wanted, and never had to stop to re-lube anything. It feels good on your hand as well as on him, very slick and creamy. Just scoop up some on your fingers, rub it on him, and you will know what to do from there because you will see the look on your partner’s face of pure enjoyment.
Wasn’t there a slogan many, many years ago that said “A little dab will do you”. I think it was a hair product but boy does it fit for the Please Pleasure Cream. The first time I used it I put on a little too much and went running for a towel to wipe it off. I have used creams like this before but none has become that warm that quickly. I am a fast learner so the next time I used it I put a little dab on my finger, massaged it in, counted to 15 and was ready to go. Using it with a clit vibrator, just rubbing up against your partner, or against your own hand works amazingly well, no matter what arousal level you start at. Use it to catch up to your partner’s arousal level, for a quickie to make sure it is a quickie, or when you are having trouble keeping your mind off something that is distracting. Make your clit the place your thoughts go. After putting this on, it is hard to think of anything else.
Conclusions:
Our Pro’s: Nice containers, good consistency, long lasting, small doses means the jar will last a while
Our Con’s: Be careful with the Pleasure cream until you know how much you need!
Both products, the Please Stroke Cream and the Please Pleasure Cream are excellent products, which get the job done well. Add to that the natural ingredients and we heartily recommend you go to Good Vibrations and check them out today!
