Contract: Coming Together uses a very basic publication agreement that seeks non-exclusive rights to publish. A template can be viewed at:

Since its debut in 2005, Coming Together has donated tens of thousands of dollars to dozens of charities. It has published numerous single- and multi-author anthologies in both ebook and print as well as novella-length single titles. All the work is donated, as is all the revenue. Coming Together has garnered much critical acclaim, won many awards, and set the publishing industry standard for “doing good while being bad.”
In 2010, Coming Together became an independent publisher, eliminating a middleman and vastly increasing the amount of each sale that is ultimately donated to charity. Its publications are available online at all major bookstores, and its print offerings can be special ordered via any offline bookstore.
In 2014, Coming Together became a 501(c)(3) tax exempt voluntary nonprofit association. Contributions of cash, stories, and items for fundraising auction are now tax deductible in the United States. Donation receipts will be provided upon request.
Want to get involved? Coming Together’s publishing focus is on stories of 5,000 to 20,000 words to release as individual ebooks under one of its many charity lines. Erotic fiction is preferred, but submissions in any genre will be considered. Volunteer editors and marketers are also welcome.
