If you are afraid of them wandering or disappearing, or having problem expelling them a trick is a condom. Please them in a condom, tie it shut and you can just retrieve the end. I’ve recommended these goodies to a number of women that have a condition known as as prolapsed uterus (or prolapsed cervix)… usually after a childbirth or two.
