Director Harry Sparks initiates his own line with a lesbian kink movie set in an urban vampire-land. It’s short, hot and very stylishly shot, with a cliffhanger ending indicating there will be more episodes to come.
Dani Daniels dreams of vampires while making love to girlfriend Hayden Winters. A reporter, she gets sent on assignment to a house of vamps run by Mistress Allison, played with great flair by Lily LaBeau. Dani falls right into a threeway with the mistress and her acolyte, plump Katrina (Faith Lee Sentz). They pretty much devour her and she loves it, but she’s not too happy about getting bitten.
The rest of the movie consists of lesbian scene variations, with plenty of kink, including whipping and spanking. Lily dominates the tied-up Katrina in a very hot S/M encounter with no hardcore sex. The women are all really into it—it’s basically an all-girl movie, with men in brief, non-sex storyline appearances.
Sparks really knows what he’s doing as a filmmaker, creating a sophisticated look on what must have been a very small budget. He envelops his actors in striking all-black backgrounds, which convey a feeling of mystery and dread, as well as doing away with the need for sets. — Reviewed by Jared Rutter, XBIZ Editors Choice
